Hotel Policies
- Check out: 12:00 pm / check in: 2:00 pm
- Rooms 1, 3 & 5: two Queen Size beds / maximum occupancy: 4 persons
- Rooms 2 & 4: One King Size bed / maximum occupancy: 2 persons
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
- Only children over 12 years of age are permitted. (In case of groups reserving all the rooms for the same night, children of any age are welcome.)
- If you must bring your pet, please consult with us prior to paying the deposit for your reservation.
Reservations
- Please fill out the form on the Contacts page, or send us an email to info@lacasadelatrio.com and we will be in touch with you within 12 hours.
- We require a deposit of 50% of the entire reservation at time of confirmation, and the balance at the end of your stay with us.
- We will keep an open credit-card voucher upon your arrival to the hotel.
- Reservation deposits and payment of your balance can be made through PayPal, or by American Express, Visa or Mastercard, in cash (Mexican Pesos or US Dollars), or by bank deposit.
All fees, room rates, policies, exchange rates, packages & promotions, are subject to change and should be confirmed with the hotel when making a reservation.
Cancellation Policies
- Any cancellation or change must be in writing or by email, otherwise it will not be considered valid.
- For cancellations made more than 7 days ahead of the scheduled arrival, the entire deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellations made between 6 and 3 days ahead of the scheduled arrival, there will be a charge of one night's stay.
- For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled day of arrival, or in case of a no-show, a charge will be made of the entire reservation.
- For cancellations made within 4 days or less ahead of the scheduled arrival of a reservation for one night only, there will be a charge of one night's stay.
